Solar output falls while wind generation rises in major European markets

Solar photovoltaic changes week of September 14

During the week of September 14, solar photovoltaic generation fell across all major European electricity markets versus the previous week. Portugal saw the largest drop, declining by 10% after two consecutive weeks of growth. France and Germany recorded decreases of 6.2% and 5.4%, respectively, while Spain declined by 4.4%.
