Battery valuation in Southeast Europe requires local hourly fundamentals and cross-border constraints, as regional supply and market conditions produce a different price and volatility regime from Western Europe. Serbia’s Week 42 baseload average was EUR 247.89/MWh, while SEEPEX recorded EUR 303.29/MWh on 30 October.
Fortis Energy’s ready-to-build portfolio in Albania and Serbia is described as combining 375 MWp of solar with 112 MWh of storage, but its two listed projects total 345 MWp of solar.
