Croatia’s electricity network has been strengthened by the addition of the Dugopolje solar power plant, which has a capacity of 10 MW. The project marks another milestone in the country’s ongoing expansion of renewable energy.
The solar facility was developed by Koncar, with state-owned HEP Proizvodnja serving as the investor. The entire project was implemented on a turnkey basis. The plant comprises 23,452 photovoltaic modules, which will help boost Croatia’s production of clean energy.
With this new connection, Croatia has taken another step forward in transitioning toward sustainable power sources and strengthening its renewable energy portfolio.
